By creating an account or using Aptitude Engine ("the Platform") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Aptitude Engine provides online mock tests, practice questions, and performance analytics to help students prepare for competitive and standardised exams. The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis and is subject to change without notice.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. By registering you confirm that you meet this requirement.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• One person may not maintain multiple active accounts.
• You may not share your account with others.

You agree not to:

• Attempt to copy, scrape, or redistribute question content from the Platform.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent any technical measures.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Impersonate another person or entity.

All original content created by Aptitude Engine — including question explanations, analytics models, and interface design — is our intellectual property. Questions sourced from third-party datasets remain subject to their respective licences. You may not reproduce or distribute Platform content without written permission.

The Platform is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that using Aptitude Engine will result in a particular exam score or outcome. Practice performance may not reflect actual exam results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aptitude Engine and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of data or missed exam opportunities.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
