Raise your score 10%, or your money back
We're confident that if you actually use Aptitude Engine the way it's designed, your mock-test score will climb. So we'll put our money where our mouth is: do the work below and if your score doesn't improve by at least 10 percentage points, we'll refund your Pro subscription in full.
What "doing the work" means
To qualify, over your subscription term you need to:
- 1Hold an active Pro subscription for your full 6-month term.
- 2Complete at least 90% of the daily tests made available to you during the term.
- 3Take at least 8 full-length mock tests, spaced at least one week apart (no cramming them at the end).
- 4Complete the post-test reflection for every mock within 48 hours of taking it.
- 5Review your Error Log — revisit each logged mistake at least once.
How we measure improvement
Your improvement is the difference between your best full-length mock score and your first full-length mock score, both taken under standard timed conditions. If your best mock is at least 10 percentage points higher than your first, the guarantee has been met — which, if you've done the work above, it almost always will be.
Claiming the guarantee
If you completed all of the above and still didn't see a 10% improvement, request a refund within 14 days of your term ending from your account(Cancel subscription → tell us what happened). We'll review your activity and process the refund of the subscription amount you paid. One claim per student.
This guarantee applies to paid Pro subscriptions only and covers the subscription amount paid. Daily tests, the free trial, and discount-funded portions are excluded from the refund calculation. We reserve the right to decline claims where the participation conditions above were not genuinely met.
